Branding, art direction & 360° communication for a private collection of 27 villas at the gates of the Atlas Mountains.
The Project
Saraya is the result of a singular three-way alliance, Bentley Home's British heritage of precision, the Moroccan craftsmanship and real-estate expertise of A Invest Grou), and the architectural vision of Laurent Chagnard.
Twenty-seven villas, eight hectares, one ambition: to translate Bentley's automotive DNA into a living architecture, and to set a new benchmark for what luxury can feel like in Marrakech.We were entrusted with the full creative platform, from brand thinking to art direction, from print to digital, from the manifesto to the launch ritual.


Logotype & Visual Identity
The Saraya logotype was conceived as a sculpted mark taut letterforms, generous spacing, an architectural rhythm echoing the project's horizontal lines and lattice screens. It carries the precision of British typography and the calm of Moroccan geometry.



Brand Guidelines
The full brand system was consolidated in the Saraya Brand Guidelines,a complete reference covering logotype usage, typographic system,color and material palette, photographic and motion direction, copywriting principles, partner co-branding and the editorial rules governing every print and digital touchpoint.

The event
Saraya's official reveal was staged as a private ceremony rather than an announcement. Under the arcades and gardens of the Royal Mansour Marrakech, we entrusted the orchestration of the evening to Toni Breiss, one of the most sought-after event designers on the international luxury scene, known for turning the world's most exclusive gatherings into flawless sensory experiences.
For one night, the palace became the physical manifestation of the Saraya manifesto British precision, Moroccan soul, and the culture of detail that defines Living Bentley. Every guest, every gesture, every material was choreographed to open the collection the way it is meant to be lived: quietly, exquisitely, and unforgettably.
